I would give this place 0 stars but I have to leave a one star because Google reviews won't let me rate them any lower. I tried making an appointment through the phone but the phone line is always busy. So I went in person and explained the situation. They told me they could only see me with an appointment. So I had to go home. I called the phone number they gave me and I was on the phone with them for an hour and half just to get an appointment! Staff is very rude especially the security guard. I came here just to get my tax transcript. Avoid this place at all costs.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS IRS. THIS IRS SUCKS! Most of the staffs are so irritable and rude. They send you home when you go there without appoinment. If you have to go to this place, please make an appointment before go by phone and especially, when you get a non-filing letter, you have to know your college's address. The annoying staff doesn't let you go until you memorize your college's address.
