I always come here for my dresses and the staff is always helpful and friendly the manager is awesome she always helps me with what I need this is my favorite place to shop!!!.
The girl helping me was such a sweetie. Fell in love with this jumpsuit and was going to buy it but the seams were out on the side some were coming out from the back. She brought it to the manager's attention and she came back saying if it was damaged the would give 10%, but her manager said it wasn't damaged.. seriously! You couldn't miss it. Not going there again. Paying $40 for something that I would have to spend money to fix.. the manager should not be the manager..she is completely clueless.
I was called in on Tuesday to "train" and told that it would be from 2-7pm. I went in and received no training; I was just tossed out on the floor and told to sell. When I asked if I was hired at closing (after 8:30pm) since they didn't release me when they said they would (which was fine), I was told "I don't know, it wasn't busy today so come back Thursday and we'll see if you do good and make sales."
I will never give them a spec of my time or money, ever again.
Somehow, I was supposed to believe that she would send my info to some alleged main office and that all of a sudden, I would receive paychecks. She had no grasp of how tax forms actually worked and wouldn't listen to me. So, I left.
Everything about that business is shady from their hiring process to the way they treat customers. I was advised to basically hound customers until they allowed me to "help" them since you are paid for your hours and sales commission. They encouraged aggressive sales. I saw several customers that seemed bullied into making purchases.
I came back on Thursday and asked about paperwork. Since, you know, for any job that is on the books, you are supposed to fill out an I-9 form among other things so that you can receive pay. The manager complained that I was confusing her and that no one ever asks for this. She also told me that they train girls EVERY DAY... I have never seen anyone other than the 2 employees that are always there and I pass the place quite often.
