Good store. It was black Friday so the lines were much much longer than normal. However, the lines were kept in an orderly fashion making the wait bearable.
Great stuff. Clean environment follow with excellent service. The managers here are super great. I will continue to shop here.
Always have a good experience at Kohls but today the asian lady they had greeting and welcoming customers gave a vibe that wasn't too welcoming. I dont want to judge this Kohls base off of this one experience but maybe they shouldn't have people that don't like their jobs, greeting clients. After all, she is the one that sets the tone for the client's experience at the store.
Long lines, and not enough cashiers to take care of the customers. Sales items not ringing up sale prices ringing up different price then post on the sake display.
Huge free parking lot. Lots of great sales. Lines can get long at times but seems to move relatively quickly. Friendly cashiers.
