I have affectionately referred to him as Uncle Ralphy for years. He’s a good doctor and if you want answers he’ll spend the time to help. The Nurses are fine, good enough. I don't think I can continue to go to him due to his staff.

His office staff sucks! Really the worst I’ve ever been to. Talk about rude and lying, saying that I’m next and 2 hours later they take me. If you have an appointment at 2 pm you won’t see him until 8:30. No joke!
