Some said they were sending someone, but never showed up and didn’t return my calls. Rich responded to me in a timely manner, and guaranteed that he would send someone in two hours. He showed up, troubleshooted the problem, and corrected it in about an hour. He charged a very reasonable price too! I cannot express enough how helpful and professional he was.
