I believe this was once owned by "JOE," and known to all of us kids in the neighborhood as "Joe's Candy Store" back in the late 60s into the mid 70s. I wonder when Joe sold the place and if its as neighbor friendly now as it was back in the day. I'd not be surprised if Joe was still there today...haunting the place! :-)
