The first time I walked into OKG Jewelers I felt like family. I needed my engagement ring replaced in a new setting. Gary took my husband and I in the back room and put my diamond in a setting with all diamonds around it. Wow It looked so big to me. It was absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed that I went back and Gary made me a diamond wedding band. Whenever I walk in Osanna and the staff always make you feel so comfortable. So so friendly.
Hands down the best service I have ever received from a Jewelry Store. This family offers beautiful products, they are knowledgeable about what they sell and have been doing it for three generations. Do not bother going anywhere else, if you plan to buy jewelry and spend money on it, do it here.

I got my 3-drop diamond pendant custom made, re-purposed from an old pair of earrings & pendant. Gary, the jeweler custom made the piece & charged me a very decent price. The final product was outstanding! I also had a few other things done: got my wedding band polished, my husband's wedding band resized & polished. Gary is also currently working on adding a security feature on a bangle I haven't used for a decade. They even cleaned my engagement ring free of charge!
I found OKG through excellent reviews on Yelp. I first inquired via email, Osanna responded promptly and was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. Their store is very nice, something you would expect to see in Manhattan. Very safe and classy, I'm very impressed.
***UPDATE 03/17: I have had a piece from OKG for 11 months now and have found their follow up service to be exceptional. Regular maintenance and cleaning are completed both professionally and in a timely manner but most importantly, without being made to feel as though it is a hassle for them. I can't say enough for their commitment to a continued relationship with their customers. Thank you OKG for taking such great care of us!
