on April 29, Mr. David Alishaev was my lawyer at the closing of my property, he did an excellent job, he was very approachable and he personally sat down with me and spent time explaining everything to me he did everything perfect saving me a lot of money and he fees are great. thanks Mr. Alishaev
David Alishaev is very unprofessional and uninformed. These days many real estate investors form legal entities (LLC, S-corp, LLP etc..) to further insulate themselves from liability. I called this lawyer for a consult with reference to activity that may pierce the corporate veil of protection afforded by my S-corp. I got half way through my explanation (literally 10-15 seconds) and he said that's a tax question and hung up. I called back, thinking we were disconnected. He did not answer. I called from my business phone and he answered. When he found out it was me, he put me on hold... and hung up. I called back again and he answered, annoyed, and finally explained that he did not have the expertise to advise me. He really didn't know what kind of professional could help me. He literally said "You have to get some tax or lawyer guy" I said "A tax attorney?" he replied "yes." Be wary of this lawyer for anything outside of filling in blanks on forms. It's true what they say. Quality real estate team members are difficult to find. With the reviews on google I had high hopes in retaining Mr. David Alishaev. Thankfully it just took a couple of phone calls to eliminate this option.
David & his staff are responsive beyond belief. Communication is one of The Alishaev Group's strongest area. Whenever I needed David, no matter the time or day, he was always available, via text, or email. Always had a smile on his face, very warm, and talking to his staff was like talking to him - everyone was on the same page. not one of my questions went unanswered. He is swift, thorough, diligent, and patient. He is also very easy to talk to, and a pleasure to chat with. But he and his people get things done when they need to get done. I recommend the Alishaev Law Group to anyone who is about to enter a real estate transaction. He closed our family's sale with smoothness, honesty, and kept my father very satisfied through a very messy sale. Thank you all again.
I must say that I was surprised how attentive the managing partner David Alishaev was. My Forest Hills Queens home had many nuisances in the contract and David was a really good lawyer who was able to get me the contract as close as possible to the terms I required for closing. I had a lot of debt from my past mortgage and I almost had to declare bankruptcy and I am glad that I found an attorney that was able to understand me.
