I feel they need a lot of work in this office . The miscommunication and failure to be patient enough with elderly and people with Disabality is not accactable. For this could be you one day . I worked 2 jobs all my life and had to give in to my illnesses .
Was given the wrong info which caused a great delay in benefits and the amount. Same young lady caused problems for me twice.
So I sit here now at the mercy of these people .
My experience has been horrible . I left that office uninformed confused .
I was treated with disrespect by one of the employees .
Cause if I see this deminazing way he talk with people so can his bosses .

If any senior citizen takes in phone, doesn’t know how to take ticket or doesn’t know what to do, f**g security becomes so mad. I think he has mental issues.

I went over to Austin street office and they where coutious, polite .

I had a case worker that I left message after message he never returned calls now why have a voice mail if you do not return calls .
Now they sent me a letter that a used to months of my trial work period . I'm not in a trial work period .
There is only one person that was helpful there . His name is Mr Miranda and I thanks him for doing his best to clean up this mess.
Security is very rude with people. Most of the senior citizen can’t able to understand and speak English properly. As a result, senior citizen may not follow all rules and regulations. Example:
In the LIC office Supervisor is a gost and useless and not capable of answering simple questions .
The person taking care of me is respectful and I'm glad for that her name is Ms Liriano.
I having to do extra leg work cause of this office .
My personal option they all need to be fired .
with my local office I filed a complain of absuve and discrimination .
They have affected my Heath condition .
This office is incompetent and incapable of handling there job .

Don’t expect the security guard to give you any assistance here. While waiting I witnessed some of the rudest behavior to the elderly I have have ever seen. Employees have no sense of compassion or empathy what so ever. Unfortunately when in need (family medical in our case) you’re treated as an inconvenience to their day. Some day the US government offices will catch up to us small businesses who know how to treat fellow citizens.
I have multi sclerosis , seizures , atipical hydroplasis ( a form of breast cancer ) and more diagnosis and was told I'm not disabled .
