I'm wondering if the positive reviewers have been paid....because my experience has been well short of blissful at TI Storage.
Pros: 1. Very clean. Always. The occasional paper on the floor etc. but I have to say that almost always this facility is well maintained. (bathroom is the exception to this rule)
2. The space is climate controlled, there is a good amount of parking space available so that you can easily load and offload things.
Great storage option in Queens! Left some of my stuff here when I moved to Astoria and haven't had any complaints. Very easy and affordable!
Cons : 1. Terrible staff experiences. Heather, Wendy (who was initially nice and then wasn't), Juan......have been on many occasions rude, doing a shoddy job etc...and they just seem to shuffle them around locations. The new Managers Robert and Rose appear to be trying to make things better.
3. Lack of honesty in pricing - I initially started on a promotion, but, it was not explained to me that my monthly fee would jump 33 % without warning after a few months!! And for the limited services being offered, and for the reasons mentioned above, I really feel that 33% hike was not warranted.
Very friendly and professional. We looked around at several storage places and the manager more than gave us a great deal. now Open 24/7 and very secure, large lot, great for big trailers and trucks.
Love this place. Affordable prices and very friendly staff. They always have a smile on their face! The facilities are very clean and the storage units are of good size AND under air conditioning. Definitely recommend 100%!!
Great job! They did a wonderful job wrapping all of my Furniture and boxes. Very professional! They took better care of my stuff then I did... Very pleased with the service!
2. Not enough ladders. The ladders are heavy and often I have to wait because there are too few ladders and people just sit on the ladders for hours.....hoarding ladders.
