Paul's Airport Parking was excellent! They took the keys, loaded our bags up into their van and we were at departures a couple of minutes later.
I read lot of reviews of car damage, its true. If you love you car, then say good bye to this parking area. I booked it online and once I got there and saw how the cars were parked, I decided to lose my booking money rather than park. The cars were all packed one on each other. What the hell were the cars parked owners thinking. Loosers...I ended up parking at avistarparking a much better place.
On our return trip they were there a couple of minutes after we called and our car was waiting for use before we got there. Would definitely use the again.
First time I have used Paul's Airport Parking. I found them online and thought of giving them a try. I must say I was very impressed. They were easy to find and have a very efficient check in and check out system and very frequent coach service. My car was ready for me just outside the office when we returned so we didn't have to go looking for it in the car park. I would certainly use them again.
They damaged my brand new car. Since it was 10PM they assured me that I could speak to the manager the next morning and the damage would be paid for no problem. The next morning when I called they hung up on me and then said there was no way of knowing if it was their fault. Only after putting my husband on the phone and threatening to file a complaint with the better business bureau did they pay.
