Worst experience in my life!
Liz at this USPS office should be immediately fired for the worst discrimination. I waited in line and was served by a colleague of Liz, who handed me a form to fill. She said when I finish I can return to the front of the line. I did precisely what she said. Unfortunately she closed the window and was getting ready to leave for the day. Liz's window became available but a rude customer behind me walked up to Liz's window. I explained multiple times to Liz that I already waited in line and was instructed to return to the front of the line. Liz refused to listen and asked the other customer if she was the first who arrived. Of course the other customer said yes. Liz then insulted me by waving at me to go away, despite my polite request for her to listen and check with her colleague. Everyone else at the scene was shocked by Liz's rudeness and discrimination, because clearly the only difference between me and the next customer in line was my color. I asked Liz for her name but she lied to me saying her name was on the receipt. When I asked her to point it out to me where her name was, she pissed off so bad that she got hysterical and fetched her manager. Her manager heard the incident and showed she completely understood that Liz was wrong but she didn't care. She indicated it was nothing and I should leave. USPS should never have hired Liz. I don't understand how she was hired but USPS should fire Liz immediately for her severe discrimination.
I had a package coming from Japan but it wasn't delivered because of incomplete address. I called in USPS in the morning and they told me to go to my local post office, where my package is. I came in the afternoon, the man said my package was sent back to the sender. I was shocked, attempted delivery once and got sent back the next day? The man told me he was sure it was sent back and he looked very carefully for my package. Four days later, I received a notification that my package was sent back this morning. Really upset because the man didn't actually take his time to look. And now I have to pay extra for my package to sent back to me.
Pregnant women left to wait for hours, only one windows open for everybody.
Most of the workers are incompetent, lazy and rude.
Avoid the mid-to-elderly aged Indian woman at this USPS office at all costs. I waited in line and arrived at her window, only to be given a form to fill out and told to return to the front of the line when I finish. I did exactly what she said but the next customer in line insisted that she be the next one served when another window became available. I explained to the USPS worker at the other window that I was instructed by her colleague to be at the front of the line. However, the Indian woman surprisingly played dumb and said nothing about she serving me first. The rude customer ended up getting served first. The Indian woman promptly closed her window claiming she was leaving for home at this early hour. She is an irresponsible worker lacking the most basic ethics let alone professionalism. She should get fired immediately for her discrimination.
I just got off the phone with a "customer service rep" after waiting on hold for OVER AN HOUR, just to be told that they cannot provide a refund on a lost package that is Priority mail that has still been undelivered after 15 days!! I scheduled a re-delivery and it NEVER WENT OUT!! Every time they attempted to delivery this package it was after business hours. Why would they not leave it in the mailbox??? I was forced to hand-deliver these important documents and all she could say was "sorry." I tried to speak to a manager and she said that there are no managers, this is a call center. Are you kidding me?? How does a government run operation work in this fashion. It's deplorable!! You lost a major client. Will no longer ship through USPS, back to FedEx I go, you get what you pay for! This company should be ashamed of itself. Disgusting!!
Bump everyone there!
I can write for hour at the shame I assist there...
They let the doors open all the time, security?Who care!
