Getting to the spa if you do not drive can be a hassle. The shuttle can get crowded and you could potentially be left without a seat since many people are line skippers.
They have a variety of saunas from really hot at 176 degrees to an ice one at 46 degrees. Some saunas have a clock so you can keep track of your time there which is very nice as you should never take your phone with you
There was a young boy standing over ladies room pools peeing directly into it. His mom came and stopped him. She did her best. Still children do not belong here! A disgusting surprise for my mother on her birthday. I loved this place. And I travel from far to enjoy. Prices went up so get rid of the kids.
If you hate crowds avoid weekends as it gets super crowded.
It's a nice spot with many things to do. Only thing that's stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the amount of kids that are here. If you're planning on coming here as a family thing then that's great you guys will have a nice time, but if you're looking for something quiet this is not the place. Food is good compared to other spas I have been to, but overpriced. I highly recommend everyone to check the Groupon app, you will save a substantial amount of money.
Very clean in the men’s area, coed area can be dirty at times in the jet pools since you have way more people there and lots of kids.
Food is great, but as with any spa it is overpriced since you can’t really go anywhere to eat.
Rules, uniforms, rentals, broken fixtures and decorations. $14 for two hot dogs and a soda. You'll get a wash cloth for a towel, you'll pay for slippers (can't use your own). You MUST wear your uniform, in the saunas or the lounges. You can only take them off in the pools. Skip this place.. you may have been wondering what it's all about. Save your time and money. Go to a real bathhouse.
For men you get unlimited towels, BUT only 1 uniform, if you want a new one you will need to pay $2.
I am very athletic and need routine deep tissue massages. I come to this place only for deep tissue massages. I've never experienced any of the other features that are offered. They do a very detailed, relaxing thougrough, professional effective deep tissue massage.
