I'm very disappointed as I am waiting outside in the rain making the very wrong assumption of thinking that this place would open at it's assumed 10AM. I just worked overnight (as I am a nurse) and expected these people to open their store at the time they said publicly wrote, not only on yelp, but also on their store door that they open at 10AM. It's been 20 min and I am getting more irritated by the minute. By being tardy, I'm making the safe assumption that these people are not the most responsible kind.

Called in to make sure they would help me install a pedal and find a missing bolt without charging full bike diagnostic. They were very friendly and helpful and win themselves a repeat customer.

Was helped by Francisco today and was super helpful. He was overall very knowledgeable and absolutely laid-back in his approach; which made it easy to deal. I knew what I wanted since I was looking at their company website. They didn't have both bikes that I wanted but Francisco suggested this Trek bike that I adore, so far. He also let me checkout footwear, and pedals which was really nice of him to do for me. There is also a complimentary three year tune-up on the bike, too, which is great for me, since I am a barginista. I would definitely recommend this place, and make sure you ask for Francisco.

I wanted my breaks and shifter checked bc it didn't work properly. They've told me to pay ($50 or so) for a tuneup bc that worth it more and it will include everything I need plus the air in the tires too. When I picked up my bike they didn't tell me anything about what they did to the bike or if there were any issues, ( they were too busy with a friend and their conversation) and when I rode my bike home (1.5 miles) the breaks and shifter felt the same and my tires were actually flat. Seems like the only thing they did was wrapping the handlebar with the new tape I bought there. Something I could have done myself. Not taking my bike back there for sure.

Today I went to get my brakes Adjusted at bike stop , when arrived told the repair person I need to tune up my brakes an check my gears the owner of bike stop told me to pickup my bike one hour An 45mins ... when I returned my bike was still up on the poll an they didn't repair my bike I'm sure I'm not coming back to this place they could go a head cancel my warranty
