Bikelane is the best! They are super quick! They surprised me so much the last time I stopped in for a flat fix that I felt the need to leave them a nice thank you review! They had me in and out within five minutes, I couldn't believe it. Of course they weren't busy that day. But I have come in before where there is barely any space to walk and they have still performed in a quick matter compare to the amount of people they had waiting in line before me. Although busy at times, they are pleasant, and quick. Keep up the great work guys!

Excellent customer service! Last year I took a tumble on my old bike and was ready for new beginnings with a safer ride. Not only did the Bikelane team work together to answer all of my mountain biking questions, but they also helped me find a bike I felt safest on. I walked in looking for something with thicker wheels, comfortable seating, and good control. The team made sure the bike I picked fit me and my riding needs. They had me test out frame sizes and my helmet right in the shop. Same day, I went for my first bike ride in over a year. The ride was excellent and the bike I picked performed smoothly. My wife and I have been searching high and low all summer for a decent and not too expensive first bike for our lil guy to learn on. We finally stopped into BikeLane to see what they had in stock and there it was. The bicycle both my wife and I agreed on and the price was just right. Edwin allowed our little guy to test the bike and kept adjusting the seat and handle bars until it fit perfectly for our lil guy. Even helped adjust his new helmet we purchased. Edwin and his team answered all the questions and concerns we had. Even when other customers came in and out of the store. They were able to give 100% of their attention to each and every customer.
