I was in a situation that needed a quick resolution and he walked me through it all and even followed up after and made sure all was well. **** W A R N I N G !!!!! D O N O T G O H E R E!!!! **** THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO BUY ANY CAR. I'M HONESTLY SURPRISED THEY STILL EXIST. I WENT THERE TO BUY A 2013 ACURA ILX AND I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I LEFT THEM WITH A 500.00 DEPOSIT . WHILE I FIGURED EVERYTHING OUT WITH MY BANK AND INSURANCE. THEY WANTED FOR ME TO DO EVERYTHING THRU THEM AND I REFUSED AND DECIDED TO DO IT MYSELF. I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIGURE OUT IF THEY HAS SPOKEN TO EITHER MY BANK OR INSURANCE. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS . THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE INSURANCE OR BANKS CALLS . SOMETHING FELT OFF SO I PERSONALLY WENT THERE UNANNOUNCED AND I DIDN'T SEE THE CAR I LEFT THE DEPOSIT FOR. I ASKED A GENTLEMAN WHO WAS WORKING THERE ABOUT IT AND HE TOLD ME THEY HAD SOLD THE CAR!!!!! I WAS FURIOUS !! I WENT INSIDE AND DEMANDED AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT WAS GOING ON. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER. WHO SAID THAT THEY SOLD THE CAR BACK TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER BECAUSE THE CAR DIDN'T HAVE A TITLE!!!
I DEMANDED MY DEPOSIT BACK. WHICH I RECEIVED THE SAME DAY AND I WENT TO PARAGON ACURA DOWN THE STREET AND WALKED OUT WITH A BRAND NEW CAR. DON'T TRUST THESE THIEVES , EVERYTHING THEY SAY IS A LIE!!!
