I've encountered in over 28 years of buying cars, in multiple states. I recently brought a 2016 Dodge Durango from this establish. I was a little hesitant to do so because I ah no idea that enterprise sold cars. They are more known for car rentals. To my surprise it was one of the easiest and more enjoyable purchase I have ever experience...No Hassle or haggling indeed!! Russell James was fantastic and a pleasure to do business with. He was knowledge about the Vehicles and the company. He was also focus on your needs and budget requirements unlike some dealerships who are more interested in pushing there cars out the door to make their commission. This was not the case here...I walked out of enterprise with the car the same day which I was not prepared to do because I then had to get someone to drive my old car home...But that also was no problem. I would definitely use enterprise car sales again and would recommend to friends and family members.
The car sales experience was good. But the Warranty package sucked. They convinced me to extended warranty for extra thousands of dollars and I could even get any thing take care of by the warranty. I had to jump through hoops and that still didn’t result in anything. Had to pay for my own repairs. DO NOT BUY SERVICE WARRANTY FROM THEM. Purchase a Nissan Rogue 2013 in January 2016.
