Security sucks! Waiting for DAV. No knowledge and ignorant Staffing . Was told to wait outside of main lobby by another ill-informed security member. Pitiful excuse for customer service. This is how US veterans get treated. I would not come anywhere near this facility or staff unless its 100% necessary. Please fire all current security!
The Court is located in Kew Gardens. If you're coming here, be prepared to pass through a check point. Leave unnecessary things at home which you don't need. Q10 & Q60 buses are nearby along with the E & F Trains. Parking space is hard to find during the week.
