Referee Juanita Wing is the absolute worst her clerk is even worse. Won't let you speak I have joint custody that was violated 3 times and she absolutely did nothing she is more useless than a cricket. You would be better explaining your case to a dead Squirrel. This system is not made for males. What a joke of justice visitation is never taken but child support is. Referee Juanita Wing I truly think your a incompetent idiot as well a Jenifer Hersch that fat stay puft marshmallow looking attorney.

The lady i spoke to seemed to have indian/pakistani/or bengladesh background with long black hair and glasses. Shes plain old rude and does not have any professionalism. Most of the people there are just either legal secretaries or are working on their law degree. Go to the legal aid society if you need help but make sure to schedule an appt first as they dont take walk-ins.
I never felt so robbed and cheated. From the beginning I was treated as if I was guilty of something. I'm so disappointed at this court system. Definitely stay away from this place!
I have been going to court since 2010 my son father has yet to ever be consistent in payments and today June 13,2017 that I go back to court he owes 4,000 they let him go with out doing any type of payments and every time I try to show the judge any valid information about him making money and having the money to pay he always say is irrelevant. My son father has not shown up to court more than 4 times always skips courts and when he goes back nothing absolutely nothing ever happens to him. New York child support system is a joke these judges are definitely not doing there job.
