I went to pick up an item and the dude that took care of my order was very polite. He scanned the bar code on my email and before getting my items he gave me a bottled water while I waited. Brought everything and offered help to my car but I was ok. Best service in retail I've seen in a while.
Ordered for pickup and waited over seven minutes. Not sure why they offer order pickup when this just getting your item is faster. I was the only person in line and they had to call to get my item. I waited three hours after the text saying my order was ready. So it wasn't like I jumped the gun.
Very clean. Some Staff members be staring at their cell phones most of my visit and when asked a question pretty much couldn't be of any help. Stocked nicely with decent organization. Game sections seem to be lacking supply though.
There is security asset the entrance that makes you feel like you're going into a night club or pawn shop or something. Other than that it's a typical large Best Buy. The staff I dealt with in the computer are were helpful and courteous. Some times you just need hands - on shopping when buying a laptop. I got what I needed for the same price as online in this case.
Best Buy on Northern Blvd. is a great place to shop at. It has a wide variety of products. Some staff members are well trained and nicer than others. I have bought a lot of products from the place. I highly recommend getting their warranty which is offered at low prices for a period of 2 years. It helps a lot in case anything you buy gets broken or needs replacement or return.
