Liked that we were doing business with a local chain and definitely recommend them - we purchased just one appliance from Lowes (range hood) and the customer service was negligible. PC Richards sales staff is more attentive and willing to work with your budget - also they really know the product. Will definitely shop here again!
I usually do most of my shopping online but I happened to walk in one day on my way home from work. I've been looking for a mini fridge for my office and decided to take a quick look. Their prices are the best and the service was so great! My salesperson was Bruce and what I liked about him was that he was very honest and not pushy and tried his best to find the specific model I had in mind. Although they didn't have it, he found something similar that I like even better at a better price than anything online! If you go there, ask for Bruce, he has great energy and goes the extra mile!
