I went on a Tuesdays and the movie tickets were only $8.50. I had a pretzel, nachos, and a hot dog. The food quality was good and surprisingly was quite filling. The one thing I did not like about this theater was that fact there there was about 20 young men in front of the entrance of the movie theater hanging out screaming, and being loud. One other thing that I did not like were the chairs. After a while it just started to really hurt my back.
Although my experience at the cinema did not warrant 5 stars, I must say that the management team associated with Showcase Cinemas goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer experience is never compromised. The rating is attributed to the follow up I received after coming into contact with a disgruntled theater employee. I can now attest to the value that Showtime Cinemas places on their customers... which is worthy of 5 stars!!!!!
(I would strongly advise NOT TO BRING ANY VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES IN THE AUDITORIUM AS YOU WILL BE ARRESTED FOR PIRACY!) If you value your life, be and act smartly!
We were 5 minutes late to the movie because of this.
Never had any bad experience at this place. I come here often, it's convenient and local. The prices are way more reasonable compared to AMC AND cleaner too! Fresh meadows tend to be filthy every time I go there. I always order my tickets on the app that they have or I use the kiosk. The reward system for members is cool.
Now you might say that we could have buy ticket online. We checked on atom but their theatre wasn't listed over there. And it was sudden plan. They should keep more than one employee in the ticket counter, especially when there is a high demand bollywood movie running.
The place was clean and everything was good but there was only one guy working at the ticket counter. And there is a long line still he was taking his time to provide ticket.
Food is obviously expensive as in every other movie
