While It’s a bit expensive but as long as my kids are happy and are having fun and that’s all that matters... The down side is, the phone reception, it’s pretty bad and they don’t even offer complimentary WiFi Access. One of the Employees mentioned that the boss doesn’t want to allow it is because he’s concerned the employees will be in their phones.
Jungle gym is a little bit crazy, most of the “parents” don’t really supervise or even watch their kids so it’s probably hit or miss as far as some kids who might be acting up or bad.
The bumper cars are nice but the laser tag kept being cancelled due to not enough kids willing to play, probably because of the $8 it cost. So my little guy was very disappointed because he really wanted to play. The ball blaster and time freak game were certainly not worth the $5 each cost but it is what it is.
My almost 3yr old daughter absolutely loved and Enjoyed this place for the 1st time on friday & so did we as adults. Definitely will visit back!
Great for kids, but for parents not so much.
Overall the staff are friendly and helpful, good amount of games but I just wish the additional things like the bumper cars weren’t quite so expensive. Maybe if each one was $2-3 it would allow more parents to afford it but in the two hours we were here I spent $100, which I think was a bit too much.
Clean facility, as with all fun centers the games don’t always work or print out tickets but it’s not too bad here but my overall impression is as follows...
Cheaper alternative to New Roc City. Little sister (8) enjoyed the playground. We forgot socks, but they had some in a vending machine for $1.50. They had a variety of games in the arcade. Most were $1 to play (4 tokens/ person). Bumper cars was $3/person. We didn't try laser tag or the other big games. We also didn't try the food. My little sisters (8 and 13) enjoyed themselves and that's what counts.
Not the cleanest place in the world. Staff mostly apathetic towards the disarray of the place and many games are often broken, my son pointed out a pile of dead cockroaches in the play area and the wack a mole handle literally has two big nails sticking out of it. Look in the pictures for my son holding the hammer with no head and two big sharp nails sticking out of it. If this was a white upper-class community there would've been 10 affluent parents throwing a fit about such deplorable conditions but because this is a middle to lower class facility, nobody seems to care at all and it is the kind of expected dangerous nonsense that persists here. When I brought the exposed nails to the attention of a staff member, he shoved the rubber head back on the stick and walked away. My son whacked a mole and it flew right off. Whoever owns this place needs to drain the swamp, this place is horrendous.
