An absolutely dreadful experience. The owner does an immensely poor job at cutting hair. She left my hair uneven and did not cut my bangs properly. I was left with short and long pieces of hair in the front. Also, their eyelash extensions are horrendous. I went to get mine done and they ended up looking like they belonged to a cheap plastic doll. I went back to get them taken off "professionally" as they claimed they could. The woman instead took the extensions off with a tweezer and pulled my natural lashes off too! I was left with a few natural lashes. Not to mention, the owner has an ego and is not welcoming at all. She does not smile and treats her workers poorly. If I could I would give them less than one star.
I had a very terrible experience at this salon. The woman who cut my hair was a horrible person. I very clearly asked her not to cut my hair too short. When I said my hair is too short and that's not what I had asked for, she said She can't pick the hair from the floor and put it back. Then she went on to be extremely rude to me by saying that I was bipolar and I should get my head checked with the doctor! I felt bullied by her. The manager, the staff just kept watching when she repeatedly kept saying unnecessary harsh words to me. I am very upset by their behavior.
When I said I would like to speak to the manager, the rude woman said it will not make any difference and she doesn't want to hear anything I say and I should just pay and go.
So very accommodating. And a gentle touch. Thank you for always eyebrows on fleek
Professional, accommodating & informative staff. A small salon- I visited for the first time today. My facial, scalp & upper body massage were relaxing. The facial even cleared my sinuses. I emerged rejuvenated with radiant skin, eyebrows perfectly arched & no signs of irritation. Services reasonably priced, I plan to return soon.
Is this the kind of treatment you give to customers?? I am truly disgusted by her behavior and also of the entire staff. I will never return to this place nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.
Although, she cut my hair too short, I was very polite with her and I did not raise my voice. I didn't deserve this kind of treatment. It is sad that this parlor has hired people who don't even know how to speak to people.
Been coming here for about 7yrs now to get my brows threaded. Love the service from Saba and staff.
