They have no respect for their customers, very rude. The lady who was doing my nails was blatantly talking bad about me to another worker there in Spanish (assuming I did not understand her) all because I kindly told her I was in a hurry, reason being she stopped doing my nails very 10 seconds just so she can gossip with her coworker which I don't mind but the fact that she kept on doing it for long periods of time was becoming unbearable, and had the nerve to tell me I should go to someone else if I don't like her which is completely unacceptable.. even after I got up from the chair because she was more interested in gossiping I felt their eyes staring me down I've never felt so humiliated and uncomfortable, I don't like to leave bad reviews for businesses because in no way shape or form I want to discredit them but they need to do better! The owner is no better herself hence the reason why the workers behave the way do. I even made a complaint to her and she didn't seem to care

HORRIBLE ! I went to go do my nails and everything is uneven. The lady didn't even put anything correctly. She painted over my skin. She left glue on my fingers. Horrible ! Don't go there ! They shoul really get people who have real experience.
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get your nails done here omg run away!!!! I went with two of my girlfriends to get our nails done. One of them got box nails. Upon asking to please round off the edges the girl got annoyed starting filing roughly ended up cutting her till she bled. And on top of that charged her $5 more for filing. FOR FILING. 20 yrs doing my nails NEVER has anyone charged "extra" for filing. The second friend omg NONE of the nails had similar shape not even close. Some were rectangular others square some triangular. And one thumb was left with a huge acrylic lump in the middle. Also got charged $5 extra for not making them square. HORRIBLE!!! Don't come here!!! EVER!
This beauty parlor is absolutely awful. If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. I don't review anything, but because this parlor is a disgrace, I feel obligated to let the public know just how horrible it is. The owner has no respect for people and abuses her authority. The customers are yelled at, and though their policy is "The customer is always right", the employees have no regard for the customers wants and continuously insult them. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. I am posting this publicly because I am not a little coward like those who work at this place.
