I was looking for a great car to fit my needs so I decided to go to Hillside Auto Mall and that’s where I met Eli Torres. He was an amazing salesperson, was very knowledgeable and patient. He met all my needs. Honestly if it wasn’t for Eli I would still be looking for a car. I would also like to express the tremendous help that Cassandra the finance manager has been, she helped me get approved and at my budget too. Great service. Originally bought my Ford Taurus here in 2015 and it was a great experience. Staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. This time around same type of service from Danielle and Luis. Got a Ford Fusion and so far so good. But overall I would recommend hillside to every and anybody. Great service. I want to share my experience at hillside auto mall I finally was able to finance a vehicle after so many rejections from other dealers. Eli Torres the sales rep is awesome from the first day I met him he was great, very knowledgeable and experienced at what he does he hooked us up with a vehicle that fits me and my family's needs as well as kept it in my budget. Also I want to thank Cassandra the finance manager she made it possible for me to get financed she did not quit trying with the banks until she got us approved. Overall and excellent experience I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.
Eli was the salesman that took care of me and he was very helpful. I wasn't comfortable with the first sales person that took care of me but Eli came to me and really helped me out and explained everything to me very clearly. He got me the best possible deal available on the car I was looking at. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and I had a great experience with him.
