One day I left the car for full detail cleaning service and the guy who cleaned it inside was ruff with his tools that removed the original color from the dashboard and supposed to be my fault!!
I have an F-350 crew cab with a tall cap. They are one of the few places I fit. Been coming here for years. They do a great job.
The employees are good except some guys are very stupid to the level I had some incidents
Been going there for the past 10 years, two cars oil changes and car wash. Today the ultimate oil change experience happened.. they did not change the oil in my car I was watching the whole time. Told them.. argued.. but they where like 'we did'.. and still made me pay for the full service ($71). well.. they lost a good customer today. Who knows how many times this has happened in the past.

Vey poor customer service. Decent work, but it's not worth the lack in service. I can go somewhere else where the staff is less condescending.
A- one of them forgot to put the car on Neutral and after he left the car remembered, jumped into the car and changed the shift without stepping on the break that broke a gear and the car stuck from me when I stopped to fuel it as i had to tow it to the nearest dealership!
C- if any of the employees make a mistake the manager would not give a shit about your complaint and he can respond in a very disrespectful manner
1- The car wash itself is considered the best in Queens in terms of machine and materials and is not that really expensive compared to other car washes in Queens.
Also there is nobody there trying to upsell you on anything. Everything is on a huge menu board with clear pricing so you can make your own decisions.
And.....possibly the nicest bathroom on 21 street.
Awesome! Free full service (including tire shine) car wash with oil change! And seventh oil change is not only free, but they keep track of your visits for you so you don't have to carry around some stupid stamp card for what, two years, give or take.
B- one time one of them stole an iPhone headphone and you can't claim anything as it was my fault to leave it accessible.
