This is "The" place for car wash. their hand work is phenomenal and detailing is out standing. they really takes care of your car... little expensive though. Usellay it takes almost hour and half to get the job done plus there is a wait time if there is car in queue. but you could leave your car and they will call when done. owner / employees are not so friendly nor welcoming.

My first experience with this establishment was impressive some weeks ago. My customized Nissan received a first rate hand wash experience from shampoo of the interior to a wonderful finish and shine to the exterior of the car. The manager despite me coming on a Saturday for a shampoo , accommodated me ASAP and treated me like i was a celebrity driving a Bentley. More importantly was the quality of service in terms of the wash itself, the car was clean to the hilt and looked brand new. i paid like $130 for the shampoo and wash , but it was worth every penny and they paid particular attention to my chrome rims, which were not in the best of shape due to the poor NYC road conditions, but they made them look real nice. The bottom line is that you get what you pay for and frankly Exclusive Hand Car Wash is the REAL DEAL.... pro-fess-ional!!!!
Just make sure to make an appointment like 2 or 3 hours earlier
Now, if you don't have any respect for yourself you will feel right at home here. These individuals do not care about customer relations, customer service; they do not care about you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. You deserve better than to be treated like trash.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The guy who picks up the phone is extremely nasty. I asked about a motor wash and wanted to make sure it was the price for both top and bottom and just got a nasty attitude because of it. When I got there I asked again because people like him like to rip off whatever sucker comes their way. I wrote my name and number down for the guy, who said would call me. Told me 7 cars were in front of me and it would take two hours. Two hours and a half passed and I called to make sure I was going to be taken care of. Nasty attitude again, and he said he would call me. 4 hours later I decided to go back to the place and wait in person and everything was locked. They left without notifying me.
