You pay at a different part of the building. You walk out the service section and into the billing office, was in and out within 10 mins of the whole process. They are fast.
This is a really good car was, professional staff well organized,but at pick hours the line some times is way to long. It may take several minutes to get your car done.
I just didn't like how they put the weather tech rubber mates on the seats after washing them but other than that it's cool. The entrance is right at the side street. The place has a car wash, a spy shop "they sell hidden and nanny cameras" and a mechanic shop.
Nice car wash with nice guys work there.
Broke my cup holder and didn't tell me. Of course they aren't responsible.
And you get a car wash included if you do your oil change. I didn't do the car wash but they will give you a voucher to come back and do it another time.
They offer oil changes so I went there. They will change oil with your own if you bring it in and give you a slight discount. Also if you're a TLC plated vehicle they will get you a discount. If you use them 6 times, the 7th change is discounted. Service crew was polite, they also fill your washer fluid to the max.
It was a great service overall.
I have been a costumer for many years here and everything was fine until one of their workers scratch my car, so when I spoke with the line supervisor he just say WE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CAR, what? then I went to the front dest inside the store they gave me send answer..
