THE SALE PERSON SHANNON WAS AMAZING,SHE HELP US IN EVERYTHING. I HAD INSURANCE AND BECAUSE OF THAT AND THE DAMAGE TO THE SOFA.I RECEIVED THE COMPLETE AMOUNT. TODAY I HAVE A NEW SOFA.EVERYBODY AT THE STORE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS VERY CLEARLY.THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING WAS TODAY WITH THE DELIVERY PEOPLE HAD ATTITUDE AND NO GOOD MANNERS. THEY NEVER,SHOW US ,HOW TO USED THEY NEW SOFA.

We bought 2 beds (one for us and one for our child)at great price and was delivered on time. We were so excited about our purchase. The sales person was so informative and professional. The delivery men were chatterboxes they seem like nice people.
I decided to give this place another try. Our sales lady Lelia was great. She was helpful and nice. Delivery was fast. We purchased the furniture on Wed. and we had it delivered early Friday. We were satisfied. Only reason I deducted one star was that one set of 4 shelf brackets were missing. Wasn't worth making a big deal of it, I'll pick up a set at the Home Depot. when i get a chance.
Bob has some of the best memory foam mattresses in the industry. In 2012, I bought my first full size bed for just under $1,000 with extra $49.99 spill protection. It still feels great. Now that I have a queen size bed, I put the full size bed in the guest room. The premise is always squeaky clean, welcoming staff is friendly and helpful.
