Just to get a physical i need to wait 2 - 3 weeks the provider or doctors are never there

I had an appointment this morning, the front desk receptionist told me to wait on the wrong side. After two hours in the waiting room I went to ask her how many people in front me and then said that it is in the other side of the room. The receptionist had a bad attitude with me. Deberian mejorar el servicio!!!
What they think you have and still charge you!the doctora don't even allow you to talk. By see you they swear what are you feeling! So unprofessional! Very racism in that clinic !!!!Someone need to do something about it management team!
Everyone here is extremely unprofessional even the doctors. They say that they accept walk-in and it's a lie. They decide whether to see you or not or just wait for hours to be checked by a nurse to check your blood pressure just to tell you that you need an appointment and they still charge you. If you need to reschedule an appointment due to work or other circumstances they will give you an appointment 6 months later. Doctors never explain anything to you just make you take a bunch of test for nothing. When you call you always wait on the line for over an hour for them to give you attitude or just hang up on you. I really got nothing good to say about this place. Oh and Dr. Christian Diaz is a doctor that never explains anything. Everyone has an attitude here. Better of going somewhere else. They also never let your family go inside cause they have no space whatever they rooms are big enough. I tried to go in with my husband and never let you.
