The cops stopped me from going in around noon on a Saturday saying that the area was a garbage dump and if I went in they would give me a ticket for trespassing.
Nice open park that no one know about. Great New York City view from there.

Nothing to see here. Dirty, weeds all over, broken glass, garbage everywhere. Some of the views are not worth visiting for
