Absolutely love this vet's office! Very pleasant and accommodating. The staff is very friendly and understanding (my dog nervous pooped before his appointment and the staff didn't bat an eye to it!). The vets themselves are very knowledgable, kind, and overall make the experience easy and comfortable. Cannot express how glad I am to have such a quality facility so close to home!
Receptionist very rude. My dog has been going there a while and am treated like they are doing me a favor. No thanks i will take my money elsewhere. No compassion at all. Dropped the ball big time...... Dog diagnosed with lyme since July and never notified. Stuck up just like the rest of the neighborhood.
City Vet took good care of our tuxedo cat for a general checkup and a follow up visit there so far. Friendly staff, nice and courteous doctors, short wait when you arrive, clean facilities. Cannot say enough about the good care given to the cat... The one start instead of 5 is because they misrepresented the cost of the follow up. My cat needed 2 booster vaccines three weeks after the initial set of vaccines. I was specifically told by one of the staff lady the boosters would be included if done within 3 weeks. They were not. I asked the front desk that they should work as a team, be clear on the information, and work on their training. To be clear, I don't mind paying the office whatever price provided I am told upfront. In our first visit it was misrepresented and I would have planned differently. This was either 1) normal practice or 2) a staff not knowing what she's talking about. What is not acceptable to me is being told "we never said that. At least I didn't. Sorry for the inconvenience." It's like I am being told I am the idiot who misunderstood. We'll go there again if the cat has an accident, now that he has a file there, that said City Vet, while we respect what you do for our pets, you need to own it. Regards,
It was my first time going to this clinic with my puppy and I loved it the staff was friendly and the doctor was as well. I also received a call the following day to see how my puppy was doing with the meds which I thought was very thoughtful. Definitely plan on taking my little one there again. Thank you guys
Affordable. Clean. Excellent reception staff. I can even access my pet's info via an app. The doctor that last helped us (couldn't catch their name but they had blond hair and was tall) was so informative. Excellent tableside manner. My whole family uses this clinic.
