If you need your pet's check-up accompanied with a massage and espresso, this isn't your place. The folks there are friendly, but they cut to chase to get you in and out and your pet's needs addressed. At least that's what I look for in any health care professional.

I own a 8 year old Miniature Pinscher that had to get a tumor removal as soon as possible. I consulted with various veterinaries but none of them seem to care for my dogs health except the payment part. I came across this clinic and decided to give my last try so i can finally make a decision and have the surgery done. Dr. Glasser responded my call because i called minutes to closing time and got to talk with him about the situation in hand, not only did he educated me but he also explained the procedure needed in full detail and i cannot lie! i was sold and made an appointment for the surgery to get done. I cant stretch it enough how wonderful the experience was to take my dog into a clinic that was not only concern for his health but also concern about my peace of mind. The moment we walked in the clinic the morning of the surgery my dog can sense the place and began to shake a bit but as we walked in the room to meet Dr. Glasser, my Dog stopped to shake and i felt that he was in the right hands and that everything would be a success. The bill was detailed to the fullest extent and as i left the clinic that day i felt piece of mind.I picked up my dog at 5 pm and all medications and care steps were explained clearly to me, as days passed by i had not only Dr. Glassed checking in on my dog via email, but also got a few calls from the young ladies in the front desk to make sure everything was good and the healing was accordingly. 10 days later i came back and got my dogs stitches removed. I cant stop bragging about Dr. G;lasser to some of my friends and family members that are pet owners and i can honestly recommend anyone to this clinic in a heart beat, i know for a fact we all want our pets to get treated with love, respect and lots of care.

This is our vet for our cats and will continue to be our vet. Our cats love him.He explains everything in detail if there is a problem so you leave knowing the treatment plan the options and why. They will fit you in same day if there is an emergency. The front desk staff is reassuring and professional. They follow up whenever a procedure is done to check on the cat and discuss any tests. They have any meds or special food on hand. And if you have pet insurance they will submit the claims for you for reimbursement.
