Highly recommended. Dr. Yee and team are professionals who care about their patients and take time to answer questions and address all concerns regarding my greyhound. Every visit was thorough and my 80lb dog is always happy to visit even after shots!
Fast service. Dr seems knowledgeable. Secretary dies but send faxes correctly. On hold for long times when calling to make appointment. Nursing staff is nice.
I came in with a sick cat (Kidney disease, heart murmur) to get some regular tests run. Dr Yee was wonderful, as was all of the staff. When it was discovered that my cat had an unusually high white blood cell count, Dr. Yee helped me make arrangements with Blue Pearl, the area animal hospital, for further tests. After my cat was diagnosed with Lymphoma, she referred me to the oncologist at Blue Pearl, but was really empathetic and helpful along the way. I cannot say enough about her, or the staff at Trylon Vet care. Although my cat has crossed the rainbow bridge, he was very well cared for by this team. By the way, the vet I saw at Blue Pearl said she took her animals here.
Do not go to Dr. Yee very bad expiries I had with her. Very unprofessional, no interested to help just charging you a lot of money and not give any hope. I have to say thank you Dr. Wyler for all 11 years his hard work and excellent memories but I will never come bake because of her. I even don't want to name her doctor.
All I can say is I came in worried for our sick puppy, & walked away feeling clearly informed having witnessed their caring for our trembling Leia. Thank you for your professionalism, & for easing our worries. This is the first visit of what we believe will be a wellness partnership for years to come. Special thanks to Carla, for speaking our language & for understanding our financial worry, as well. She worked with us through & through. Five stars hands down.
