This was my first time going to this car wash and it will be the last. I got the exterior wash for my car and was not satisfied at all. Maybe if I had gotten the diamond or platinum car wash they would have done a better job, however judging from previous comments this place is not very good. If you want your car nice and clean this is definitely NOT the place to get it done.
Nope. I gave it one more try after few months... they only clean driver's side, dont even bother vacuum the back seats or floor... Don't remember exactly the package I purchased...but almost $50 should be enough to vacuum the back seats.. horrible job! Never again.
*** !!! BEWARE !!! ***: when purchasing the PLATINUM wash, the staff does not give you the services that come with the wash. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've purchased PLATINUM, they do not turn on the MULTI COLOR FOAM and RAIN X machines at the end (which you are paying for). When I confront them about it, they say that sometimes the COMPUTER GETS CONFUSED. Sometimes they offer me two dollars off. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME, and I've told my friends to pay attention and the same thing happens to them. As far as the rest of their work, mediocre at best. If you want an HONEST business, go elsewhere. *** !!! BEWARE !!! ***
Service can be improved. And they take their sweet time. Smh
