This car wash much like many car washes is always busy, the line of vehicles goes out very far like the gas stations in NY when hurricane Sandy hit during the gasoline shortage so when the employees are asked to do a quick job of washing as many cars as possible so that the money can continue flowing in and the more customers come in the more tips the employees are more likely to receive... The problem is that there so little time that the workers have to get the vehicles done because of the very long. I understand both situations because after spending all that time in the line that one would expect to have their vehicle clean in and out. In order to give a proper rating I would try to go there in their slower times about 2 or 3 times to get a real feel for how well or good of a job they really do or don't do.
I come here all the time for years ,great car wash, great Oil changes, prizes also include car wash oil change and they check all the vehicles fluids.
This place is a sham Brussels scratch cars paint won't give a limo the proper discount if out of state.
Got an oil change. Very quick and got the free car wash. Car looked shiny. Awesome. Cool. Came back about three weeks later after a snowstorm to get it cleaned. When my car came out, I noticed the back left bumper hanging off my car. I asked the workers what happened. They all pretended they didn't speak English. Demanded for the manager to come out, he yelled at me in front of the workers and other customers and said I shouldn't have come with a damaged car. It's my fault. Mind you, I've never had an accident in the car and if my car was damaged, it would have fell off the other time I came for the free wash. I wanted him to pay me back for the damage. Instead, he started banging the bumper, attempting to fix what the machine messed up, making it worse. I won't come back again and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Come here for my oil change everytime. They are quick but always let you know what they recommend to service. Reasonably priced and you get a free car wash with your oil change.
