Slow poor service. Poor selection of cars.
Overall a decent experience. The employee was very helpful. Still upset that Hertz uses the Nissan Sentra as a standard sedan (equivalent to a Corolla) and they didn't have anything else available for me to upgrade to.

Stays unattended for most time and phone to call is unanswered. Avoid this place. It's inside the hotel Radisson.
